Smoothie Recipe That I Love

Great Green Smoothie That I have come to Love

For some people green smoothies are a lifestyle. Adding greens it into meals is nothing new. It’s a good way to get nutrients into your diet. But sometimes I feel like I’m eating grass. Fortunately, my recipes have improved over the years. You can add fruit sweetener to make them taste better. You can buy them now they have become so popular. You can experiment with different flavours according to your taste preferences. You can adjust the amount of greens and you can control the protein and the amount of sugar that you would like in your smoothie. They can be made it home on a daily basis. They are healthy and so full of great taste that you will not find it difficult to sneak super foods into your meals. Improve your skin, your complexion overall. I I have experienced this myself . As I would drink green smoothies I noticed my skin and complexion has improved. Overall green smoothies are a great way to health.

My New Addiction

boba beverageAfter I tried this tea, I loved this drink so much that I just had to tell others about it. Apparently its nothing new in other parts of the globe, but it is fairly new and has just been introduced here in the USA.

Listed below are a couple of recommendations that I follow once I’m drinking bubble tea:

In case your tea is available in a cup with a sealed top, shake your drink and then insert the straw. This loosens the bubbles as well as evenly distributes flavoring if the store you’re at uses syrup. Bubbles that stick collectively are more difficult to get up into your straw, so it is pleasant to loosen them at the opening when the drink is sealed than to wait.
Stir your tea. Sounds foolish, nevertheless it’s for the same motive as above mentioned. It also helps you drink your tea and the bubbles will fall to the bottom of the cup.
It’s a good idea to raise the straw somewhat to get just some of the tea with out the bubbles. This helps facilitate finishing the bubbles and tea at at the same time, or at least helps me manage how fast/slow I drink the tea.
Take your time, and enjoy your bubble tea. Don’t rush! Benefit from the delicious flavor of your milk tea and take time to bite into the tapioca pearls.

A Tea Lovers Quest

I remember when I started seriously drinking matcha tea, and it was called Tieguanyin. It was really wonderful. It was delicious – really good stuff. I am sure that older people always tell me, I know nothing of the quality of tea in the past, but I still remember that in the 90s Tieguanyin had genuine and pleasant taste and aroma. This specific tea has a reason for its popularity after all.

Then something happened, and all the tea in the market was this really terrible nuclear greens tasting tea which just wasn’t the same. This is now the main trend of The USA- the tea although very green, lacks the body and has rebrew value. Teas these days do not have this deep flavor that has made great Tieguanyin.

In the last two years, but I’m starting to some encouraging signs that people are beginning to take accept the the idea that Oolong should be roasted. I appreciate the  traditional tea method of the bubble producers of Tieguanyin. Using their methods of productionthe taste represents more accurately the flavor I’ve come to love in the past. This is a step in the right direction, and I hope that the preference for more traditional Tieguanyin will make a comeback, and it can only be a good thing. In the meantime, however, the Lipton rules. Sometimes I win, and sometimes I lose, I suppose?
